Admission: Pre-K
Students admitted to the pre-k program must be four years old by September 30th.
Birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if applicable), as well as a copy of immunization records are required.

Admission: Kindergarten

A child to be admitted to kindergarten must be five years old by September 30, of the school year in which admission is sought. |

The child's birth certificate and, if Catholic, the child's baptismal certificate must be presented. |

Immunizations records are also required. |

A non-refundable registration fee must accompany registration forms. |

All necessary forms should be filled out and returned to the school office before the child can be officially accepted, that is registration, emergency forms,
tuition policy agreement, and tuition payment preference form. |
Admission: Grades 1 - 8
Students admitted to grade 1 must be six years old by September 30.
First Grade Registration:
At the time of registraton, the parent is requested to have:
provided a birth certificate
provide a medical record RSV 200:30 (Grades K-8)
provide a baptismal record (for a Catholic child only)
submit all necessary forms, such as registration & registration fee, 2 double-sided emergency cards, Parrish/Race Code form, Photo/Video Release form, transcript request, tuition policy agreement, and tuition payment preference form.
It is required that parents present some record of academic standing prior to acceptance of children entering grades 2 - 8. Parents need to inform the principal of any IEP's, testing, or medical condition of the student.
