REGISTRATION FEE & REFUND POLICY
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Unless other arrangements have been made (with the Principal) the Registration Fee must be included with the Registration Form for the registration to be valid.
All families will now be obligated to participate in the school’s fundraising endeavors by raising $300 in fundraising monies or opt to “buy-out” of fundraising obligations by paying the fundraising fee directly to the school (this fee can be tax-deductible if paid by check to the school). TUITION REFUND POLICYThe obligation to pay the tuition fee is unconditional. Any family who withdraws a child from the school for any reason is responsible for tuition costs according to the following plan:
OPTION 1 - Payment in Full
Payment is due by August 1. This payment is made directly to PMA.
OPTION 2 - FACTS monthly direct debit payment plan
Up to 12 payments can be made either on the 5th or 20th of the month. FACTS charges an enrollment fee of $38 perfamily for this option.
NOTE: If you elect to pay via credit card for option 2, you must contact the PMA Business Office prior to enrolling in FACTS. A credit card convenience fee (established at the time of you enrollment call) will be assessed if you choose this option.
